Diaphragm material options


Wilden® offers three materials of construction for the diaphragms of its Pro-Flo® and Pro-Flo® SHIFT AODD pumps:


rubber

Neoprene: for use with water/wastewater chemicals

Buna-N: suitable for oil and gas applications

EPDM: Best for ketones, aldehydes and acetates

Viton®: ideal for aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons


TPE


Polyurethane: Best for water/wastewater applications

Wil-Flex™: Ideal for water/wastewater and treatment of ketones and aldehydes

Saniflex™: for aromatics


PTFE

Suitable for all chemical handling applications in all industries


Wilden diaphragms are also available in full-stroke, integral piston and EZ-mount designs, all of which are available in materials

 of construction that can be used in fluid transfer applications with chemical compatibility issues.
