Starting, stopping and operation requirements of sewage pump under liquid

1. Before the liquid sewage pump motor is installed, the power supply should be turned on to check the rotation direction, which must be consistent with 

the specified rotation direction of the pump. 

2. Install the motor on the sewage pump under the liquid, rotate the coupling, check whether the pump shaft and the motor are concentric, and whether 

the rotation is uneven, and then run after normal. 

3. The sewage pump under the liquid discharge pump closes the outlet pipeline valve and pressure gauge. 

4. The liquid sewage pump starts the motor and opens the outlet valve to the required position with the pressure gauge. 

5. When the liquid sewage pump is stopped normally, the outlet valve should be closed first, then the motor should be stopped, and the pressure gauge should be closed. 

6. The bearing chamber of the sewage pump under the liquid should ensure sufficient grease, and the bearing temperature rise must not be higher than 70℃. 

Installation requirements for sewage pump under liquid

1. The sewage pump under the liquid must be installed vertically on the fixed bracket on the liquid pool or sink. 

2. The suction port of the sewage pump under the liquid should be greater than 200mm from the bottom of the pool. 

3. The outlet pipeline of the sewage pump under the liquid must be equipped with another bracket, and its weight is not allowed to fall directly on the pump body. 

Disassembly sequence of sewage pump under liquid

1. The liquid sewage pump closes the gate valve in the pressure-out pipeline and removes the coupling bolts or coupling pipes of the flange on the discharge pipe. 

Remove a section of the pipeline, and the length is based on the pump lifting. 

2. The liquid sewage pump loosens the connection bolts between the motor frame and the motor and lifts the motor. 

3. The bolts of the sewage pump body and bracket under the liquid are screwed off the impeller. 

4. Remove the middle bracket and pull down the coupling. 

5. Remove the upper and lower bearing covers of the bearing body to check the bearing condition.
