Energy-saving tips for sewage pumps

Now we advocate energy conservation and environmental protection, and sewage pumps are no exception. There are many products such as high-efficiency energy-saving sewage pumps, energy-saving submersible pumps and other products on the market. In fact, this is not the case. The so-called energy conservation is a gimmick. Real energy conservation still requires customers to pay attention to the following things during use:

1. Try to increase the diameter of the outlet pipe.

2. Shorten the pipeline as much as possible.

3. Clear the blockages in the pipeline in a timely manner. Foreign objects remain in the water inlet pipe, impeller or flow casing flow channel, which will reduce the amount of water output.

4. No "anti-aircraft gun"-type water outlet port is used. Because this kind of water outlet pipe increases energy consumption. At the same time, make the water pump outlet face the pool.

5. Carefully check the sealing parts of the water pump to prevent air inlet. If the water pump enters the air, the water outlet will be significantly reduced.

6. If you can use a motor, you do not need a diesel engine or gasoline engine. If you have the conditions, you do not need a single-phase asynchronous motor.

7. Try to use direct transmission of couplings as much as possible, because direct transmission of couplings is more efficient than belt transmission.

8. The filter can be removed while ensuring the water inlet is clean.
