1. Rotan Gear Pump Main Structure and Component Features:
Composed of a pump body, gears, bearings, bearing sleeves, bearing caps, seal assembly, pump base,
main shaft, and main shaft sleeve.
This pump's inner and outer rotors offer pulsation-free delivery, minimal wear, and long rotor life. The
alloy mechanical seal offers minimal wear and excellent lubrication. The copper sleeve is wear-resistant,

2. Working Principle of the Rotan Gear Pump:
The pump chamber is divided into a small gear on one side of a large gear and a crescent plate on the
other side. The small gear rotates, driving the large gear. The crescent plate divides the pump chamber
into a suction chamber and a discharge chamber. When the gear teeth separate, pressure is generated
to draw liquid in. When the gears mesh, the liquid is squeezed out of the discharge chamber.
3. Features of the Rotan Gear Pump:
This pump uses internally meshing gears, so the internal and external gears rotate in the same direction.
When pumping liquids with low impurities or lubricating properties, the gear life of the rotary pump is
longer than that of conventional gear pumps. This pump also features minimal tooth wear, no pulsation, and low noise.
4. Suitable Media for Rotan Gear Pumps:
Cast Iron: Suitable for high-viscosity fluids free of metal particles and fibers. Suitable for conveying liquids
with temperatures below 200°C and viscosities below 300,000 CST. Examples include lithium grease, paint,
and crude oil.
Stainless Steel: Suitable for liquids free of metal particles and fibers. Suitable for chemical and food processing.
