Methods for maintaining and servicing stainless steel water pumps:

First, during daily use,

ensure that the operating voltage of the submersible pump reaches the rated voltage. Ensure that there is no phase loss during motor 

operation. Ensure that the water pump has sufficient water supply.

(1) Check whether the stainless steel water pump, pipeline and joints are loose. Turn the stainless steel water pump by hand to see if the 

stainless steel water pump is flexible.

(2) Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body. Observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark. The lubricating 

oil should be replaced or replenished in time.

(3) Unscrew the water inlet screw plug of the stainless steel water pump body and pour water (or slurry).

(4) Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge of the water outlet pipeline.

(5) Start the motor to see if the motor direction is correct.

(6) Start the motor. When the stainless steel water pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum pump. After 

it shows appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load at the same time.

(7) Try to control the flow and head of the stainless steel water pump within the range indicated on the nameplate to ensure that the stainless

steel water pump operates at the highest efficiency point to achieve the greatest energy saving effect.

(8) During the operation of the stainless steel water pump, the bearing temperature cannot exceed the ambient temperature by 35℃, and the 

maximum temperature cannot exceed 80℃.

(9) If the stainless steel water pump makes an abnormal sound, stop it immediately to check the cause.

(10) When the stainless steel water pump is to be stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.

(11) In the first month of operation, the lubricating oil of the stainless steel water pump should be replaced after 100 hours, and then every 500 hours.

(12) Adjust the packing gland frequently to ensure that the dripping in the packing chamber is normal (preferably dripping out).

(13) Check the wear of the shaft sleeve regularly, and replace it in time if it is worn out.

(14) When the stainless steel water pump is used in the cold winter season, after stopping, the drain plug at the bottom of the pump body needs to 

be unscrewed to drain the medium. Prevent freezing and cracking.

(15) If the stainless steel water pump is not used for a long time, the pump must be completely disassembled, the water must be wiped off, the rotating

 parts and joints must be greased, and the pump must be properly stored.
