Precautions for installation of deep well submersible pumps

1. Remove the water filter net by the machine and pump, then open the water injection and vent bolts to fill the motor cavity with clean water. 

Be sure to make sure to fill it to prevent false fullness. And check whether each part of the motor is leaking. If water leakage is found, the rubber 

pad should be adjusted to tighten the bolts.

2. Carefully check whether there are any damage or damage to the cables and connectors, and wrap the holes in time if they find any problems.

3. Use a 500 volt megohmmeter to determine the insulation resistance of the winding resistance shall not be less than 150 megohm.

4. Install the protective switch and starting equipment, and check whether the water in the motor is full, then tightly fill the water and vent bolts, 

then put the wire guard plate and water filter net to prepare for installation and going down the well.

5. Install a short water supply pipe at the outlet of the deep well pump, and use a ply plate to clamp the lift and land into the well, so that the ply 

plate is placed on the well base.

6. Use a ply plate to clamp another water pipe, then lift and lower it to connect it to the short water pipe flange. Lift the lifting chain and remove the

 ply plate, so that the pump pipe is placed on the well platform in the downwelling well, and install it repeatedly in turn and go down the well until all 

the installation is completed. The next section of the ply plate is not removed and the pump is fixed to the wellhead.

7. Place the manhole cover, bend pipe, gate valve water outlet pipe, etc. at the end.

8. Add glue pads every time you connect the flange. After alignment, tighten the screws diagonally at the same time to prevent skewed and leaking.

9. The cable should be fixed in the groove on the flange of the water pipe, and each section should be fixed with a tie rope. Be careful when going down

 the well. The cable should not be used as a hanging rope, and do not damage the cable. (10) There is a phenomenon of jamming during the pumping 

process. You must try to overcome the jamming point and do not forcefully remove the pump to avoid jamming.

11. People are strictly prohibited from going down the well when installing pumps in large wells.

12. The protection switch and starting equipment should be equipped with voltage, ammeter, and indicator lights, and installed on the power distribution

 board, and placed in an appropriate position around the well platform.
