SP stainless steel deep well pump starts

1. Use a 500 volt megohmmeter to measure the motor winding resistance to ground. The insulation resistance of the motor should not be less than 5 megohm.

2. Check the three-phase power supply line to see if the voltage complies with the regulations. All instruments, protection equipment and wiring can only be closed 

and started after correct connections.

3. After starting, observe whether the current and voltage meet the specified range, whether there are abnormalities and vibrations in the running sound. If it is 

abnormal, find out the cause and solve it in time.

Test steering of SP stainless steel deep well pump

In order to determine the correct direction of the motor rotation, the pump should be operated in two directions under the valve closed state. Change the rotation 

direction by changing any two phases of the three-phase power supply. The direction of rotation is different, and the reading of the pressure gauge is also different. 

The direction with higher pressure is the correct direction of rotation. When the valve is opened, the rotation direction can be determined from the magnitude of the 

flow rate. The direction with a larger flow rate is the correct rotation direction.

1. Turn off the switch and shut down the machine. After starting again, wait 5 minutes or longer to prevent the motor temperature from rising too high. It is best to 

cut off the power after shutdown.

2. The protection switch must not be deactivated, or the method of using aluminum wire and copper wire to increase the fuse is wrong.

3. The continuous downtime of the SP stainless steel deep well pump shall not exceed 14 days. Otherwise, impurities in the water precipitate in the clearance of the bearing and impeller, and may even block the pump shaft. If the working

 environment requires a downtime of more than 14 days, the machine should be turned on at least once every 14 days and run for 5 minutes to ensure that the unit is turned 

on at any time.
