Wilden pneumatic diaphragm pump housing classification and characteristics

Wilden pneumatic diaphragm pump housing classification and characteristics

    metal pump

Cast iron: Applicable to PH value range between 4-6 or 8-9, with super wear resistance. Mainly used in papermaking, chemical

industry, sewage treatment and mines.

Aluminum alloy: Aluminum alloy pump casing can be used for mildly corrosive liquids, but cannot be used for strong acids,

halogens, and hydrocarbons. Mainly used for solutions such as paint or ink. It has the characteristics of easy grounding and low cost.

316 stainless steel: Stainless steel Wilden pneumatic diaphragm pump can be used for halogens and hydrocarbons as well as most

acids or acidic liquids and solutions. It can also be used for all water-based solutions, inks, coatings, etc. It is easy to ground and has

good anti-wear sex.

Plastic pump

Acetal: suitable for water-based solutions, can be used for some halogens and hydrocarbons, can be grounded when used for flammable

liquids, cannot be used for acids or acidic liquids, and is well suited for oil or oily liquids.

Polypropylene: It has broad chemical liquid compatibility. It is usually recommended for the transportation of chemical liquids. It cannot

be used for solvents and flammable liquids. It has low cost.

Polyvinylidene fluoride: Excellent chemical liquid resistance, most strong acids or strong acid solutions, better wear resistance than PP, the

best wear resistance among plastic pumps, cannot be grounded.
