Precautions and maintenance of sewage pump control cabinet

There are four main types of sewage pump control cabinets. According to the specific use requirements and use environment, they can be divided into: 

direct start sewage pump control cabinet, triangle start sewage pump control cabinet, auto-coupling step-down start control cabinet, and soft start control 

cabinet. The specific use conditions will not be discussed here. Today, Dingfei Pump Industry will mainly explain to you the precautions and maintenance of

 the sewage pump control cabinet.

1. Check whether the air switch, contactor, relay and other electrical appliances in the cabinet are intact, and tighten the wiring screws of the contact wires and 

terminals of each electrical appliance.

2. Disconnect the main power supply of the control cabinet, check each conversion switch, and the start and stop buttons should be flexible and reliable.

3. Clean the dust inside and outside the control cabinet.

4. Turn on the main power supply and check that the power supply indication should be normal.

5. Observe that the sewage pump should run smoothly, without obvious vibration and abnormal sound, the pressure gauge indicates normal, and the electrical 

appliances in the control cabinet have no bad noise

6. After maintenance, start the water pump and observe whether the ammeter and indicator light indicate normal.

Please pay attention to the above six points. Only by ensuring the safety of the control cabinet can the normal use of the sewage pump be guaranteed and its
