Precautions for use of ZCQ self-priming magnetic pump
1. Because the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearings depend on the transported medium, idling is absolutely prohibited, and at the same time,
no-load operation caused by restarting after a power outage is avoided.
2. If the transported medium contains solid particles, a filter should be added to the pump inlet: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
3. When the pump is in use, the ambient temperature should be less than 40°C, and the motor temperature rise should not exceed 75°C.
4. The transported medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see attached table for details). The operating temperature
of the metal pump is <100°C, and the specific gravity of the transported medium is ≤1.3; when the specific gravity of the medium is <1.3, the technical performance
will be affected. .
5. If the conveying liquid is a medium that is easy to precipitate and crystallize, it should be cleaned in time after use and the accumulated liquid in the pump should
be drained.
6. After the self-priming pump has been running for 500 hours, the wear of the bearings and end moving rings should be disassembled and inspected. If the gap
between the bearings and the sleeve is greater than 0.5-1mm, and the impeller moves 0.5-2mm axially, the bearings and axial movement should be replaced. Moving ring.
ZCQ self-priming magnetic pump Installation and use
1. After unpacking, check the pump nameplate and verify whether the main parameters of the self-priming pump product are consistent with the usage requirements.
2. The self-priming pump should be installed horizontally, and the pump body must not bear the weight of the pipeline.
3. The pump and pipeline should maintain good sealing.
4. The pump should be inspected before use. The motor blades must rotate flexibly, without blocking or abnormal noise, and all fasteners must be firm.
5. Unscrew the water-adding bolt above the pump, add storage water less than two-thirds of the pump body volume, and tighten the bolt.
6. Connect the power supply and try to rotate it. From the motor end, check whether the operation is consistent with the pump rotation mark.
7. Before the pump stops working, first close the discharge valve, then turn off the power, and finally close the suction pipe valve.
