The Pro-Flo™ Wilden pneumatic diaphragm pump patented gas distribution system consists of two moving parts:
the air valve spool and the guide spool.
The core of the system is the air valve core and air valve. This design incorporates an unbalanced valve core. The
small end of the spool will be continuously pressurized, while the large end will be alternately pressurized and relieved
to move the spool. The spool is capable of directing pressurized air into one chamber while expelling air from the other
chamber.
The gas will cause the spindle/diaphragm assembly to move to one side - expelling fluid on one side while sucking in
fluid on the other side. When the main shaft moves to its stroke limit position, the inner pressure plate will activate the
guide spool, which will apply pressure on the large end of the valve spool and cause it to move. Air valve core position
Wilden pneumatic diaphragm pumps can transport various corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high viscosity,
volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids. They are suitable for a variety of industrial fields, such as chemical transportation,
sewage treatment, and food processing. wait
