The pneumatic diaphragm pump has the following characteristics
(1) It can be run empty without any danger.
(2) You can dive.
(3) The fluids that can be transported are extremely wide, from low viscosity to high viscosity, from corrosive to viscous.
(4) There is no complex control system, no cables, fuses, etc.
(5) Small size, light weight, easy to move.
(6) No lubrication is required, so maintenance is easy and will not contaminate the working environment due to dripping.
(7) The pump can always be maintained and will not be lowered due to wear.
(8) Energy utilization, when the outlet is closed, the pump will automatically shut down, and there will be no
equipment movement, wear, overload, or heating.
(9) There is no moving seal, easy maintenance to avoid leakage, and no dead spots during work.
(10) The pump will not overheat: compressed air is used as power, and it is an expansion and heat
absorption process when exhausting. The temperature of the pneumatic pump is reduced when working,
and no harmful gas is discharged.
(11) No electric sparks are generated: the pneumatic diaphragm pump does not use electricity as power,
and it prevents electrostatic sparks after grounding.
(12) It can be made of particle-containing liquid: because it works in a volumetric manner and is imported
as a ball valve, it is not easy to be blocked.
(13) The shear force on the material is extremely low: how to suck it in and out during work, so the agitation
of the material is minimal, which is suitable for the transport of unstable substances.
(14) The flow rate can be adjusted, and a throttle valve can be installed at the material outlet to adjust the flow rate.
(15) It has the function of self-priming.
