Working conditions of CQF series magnetic engineering plastic centrifugal pump
The density of the medium transported by the magnetic pump is not more than 1300kg/m3, and the viscosity is not more than 30×10-6m3/S. It does not contain ferromagnetic and fiber-free liquids. The rated temperature of conventional magnetic pumps: if the pump body is made of metal or F46 lining, the maximum working temperature is 80°C, and the rated pressure is 1.6MPa; the operating temperature of the high-temperature magnetic pump is ≤350°C; if the pump body is made of non-metallic material, the highest The temperature does not exceed 60℃, and the rated pressure is 0.6MPa. For liquids with a medium density greater than 1600kg/m3, the magnetic coupling needs to be designed separately. The bearings of the magnetic pump are lubricated and cooled by the transported medium. The drum magnetic pump is strictly prohibited from running without load.

Installation and use of engineering plastic magnetic pump:
1. The magnetic pump should be installed horizontally and not vertically. The plastic pump must not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special vertical installation
occasions, the motor must be facing upward.
2. When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis, just open the suction pipe valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis,
the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
3. The pump should be inspected before use. The motor blades must rotate flexibly without jamming or abnormal noise, and all fasteners must be tightened.
4. Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the steering mark of the magnetic pump.
5. After the motor starts, slowly open the discharge valve. After the pump enters normal working condition, adjust the discharge valve to the required opening.
6. Before the pump stops working, the discharge valve should be closed first, and then the suction pipe valve should be closed.
