If you don't have water or you don't have to escape:

1. The water level is lower than the pump suction port - add a water supply pipe. If the water does not come out and exceeds the pump head range, it is recommended to change the pump.

2. The water pipe is seriously leaking, or the water pipe is disconnected - replace the water pipe or install the water pipe separately.

3. The rotor and shaft are loose - replace the rotor.

4. Some impellers are loose - reassemble the impellers.

5. Motor reversal - switch the power connector.

6. Pipeline blockage - remove blockages.

Reduced pump flow:

1. The sealing ring is severely worn - replace the sealing ring.

2. The flow channel of the water filter net guide shell impeller is blocked - remove the blockage.

3. Low voltage and frequency - stop and start after the voltage value reaches the specified value.

4. The moving water level drops beyond the rated head of the water pump - replace the high-head pump.

The unit vibrates violently or the current is too high and the meter pointer swings:

1. Pump shaft or motor shaft bend – repair or replace the pump shaft or motor shaft.

2. The wear between the pump shaft and the bearing is too great - replace the bearing.

3. Thrust bearings are worn or damaged - replace the thrust bearings.

4. The thrust disc tightening nut is damaged - put the nut or repair the shaft head.

5. Thrust disc rupture - replace the good thrust disc.

6. Motor rotor sweeps the chamber - find out the cause and repair it.

7. Impeller rotor is unbalanced or rotor strip is broken - make dynamic balance and replace the rotor.

8. Loose coupling bolts - add the bolts.

9. Water pump with low head and high flow motor overload - add gate valve to control flow operation at working conditions.

10. The water inrush of the water pump is not enough to discharge intermittently - add a gate valve to control the discharge.

The motor cannot start and has a humming sound:

1. Phase disconnection (line or starting equipment) - maintenance line or starting equipment.

2. The voltage is too low - adjust the voltage.

3. Hold the bearing - fix the bearing.

4. Rust between the impeller and the seal, etc. - pry the water pump and rotate it or remove the water pump and reinstall it once.

5. There is a foreign object in the pump. The Case impeller cannot rotate. - remove the foreign object.

The winding burns out if the insulation resistance is too low:

1. Water in the joint - repair the joint.

2. Winding damage - bandage or replace the winding.

3. Cable breakage - bandage the cable.

4. Water shortage in the motor - ensure that the motor is filled with clear water.

5. Phase-loss operation - Check the lines and equipment to ensure normal operation.

6. Long-term overload and rotation - reduce the load so that the motor current does not exceed the specified value of the nameplate.

7. The motor is buried in the mud - install the electric pump according to the installation requirements.

When water is transported, the silt content shall not exceed 50g/m3 to ensure the cooling effect of the motor and the unblocking of the pump flow channel and extend the service

 life of the equipment.


Before use, the cavity of the water-filled motor must be filled with water. For water injection methods, please refer to the motor warning sign, or refer to the instructions for motors 

from different manufacturers.


The content of hydrogen chloride in water shall not exceed 1.5 mg/l; the content of chloride ions in water shall not exceed 400 mg/l.


The water outlet of the water source should ensure the continuous operation of the electric pump.


Electric pumps are strictly prohibited from idling without water, and people and animals are strictly prohibited from approaching the work area.


SP all stainless steel submersible pump start and operate:


1. When the pump is correctly connected and immersed in the liquid, the outlet valve opening is about 1/3 times the maximum flow rate when it is started.


2. Check the rotation direction of the pump


The correct rotation direction of the pump can be seen from the arrow pointing at the pump outlet, which means it rotates counterclockwise from the direction of the water outlet. 

Before immersing in water, hold the pump upright and fix it on an iron frame and activate the power supply (note that it is Just look at the steering of the coupling. The following 

steps are also available:


•Start the pump and check its flow rate and outlet speed or outlet gauge pressure;


•Stop the pump and exchange the two-phase wiring between the power supply;


• Start the pump and check its flow rate and outlet speed or outlet gauge pressure;


•Stop the pump, compare the performance parameters of the front and rear pumps of wiring exchange, and determine that the wiring with large flow and high outlet speed or high 

pressure is the correct wiring method.


3. Observe the ammeter and adjust the outlet valve so that the current during operation must not exceed the motor rated current.


4. It is recommended to disconnect the power when the pump outlet flow is 0.1 times the rated flow rate, and first turn off the electrical control instrument and protection monitoring

 device connected to it.
