Precautions for repairing explosion-proof motor of explosion-proof self-priming sewage pump
Explosion-proof motors are widely used. They are a motor that can be used in flammable and explosive places, and do not generate
electric sparks during operation. Explosion-proof motors are mainly used in coal mines, oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical industries.
Moreover, explosion-proof motors are mainly used to drive pumps, fans, compressors and other transmission machinery.
When users of Dingfei Pump Industry use explosion-proof and self-priming sewage pumps, there are some misunderstandings in the
maintenance of explosion-proof motors. Today, the editor will focus on the precautions for the maintenance of explosion-proof motors for
explosion-proof and self-priming sewage pumps:
1. When there is a malfunction or damage, the explosion-proof motor shall not be disassembled at will. When disassembling and repairing
according to the instructions correctly, the explosion-proof surface of the parts shall not be used as the fulcrum of the prying rod, and the
explosion-proof surface shall not be allowed to be knocked or impacted.
2. When disassembling the explosion-proof motor, you should first remove the air hood and fan, and then use the casing plate to remove the
bolts of the end cover and bearing cover.
3. Use a log or copper rod to strike the axis along the axial direction, separate the end cover and the base, and finally remove the rotor. Remove
the parts of the explosion-proof motor. The explosion-proof surface should be placed facing upwards, cover with rubber or cloth pads, tighten
the bolts, and be careful not to lose the spring pads.
4. When dipping and assembling the explosion-proof motor, the insulating paint or dirt attached to the explosion-proof surface should be cleaned.
Do not scratch hard objects such as iron sheets, but oil and stone can be used to grind uneven areas. If the explosion-proof surface of the
explosion-proof motor is damaged, it is necessary to use lead-tin solder HISnPb58-2, the flux is hydrochloric acid (for steel parts) with a concentration
of 30% hydrochloric acid (for steel parts) or tin-zinc solder containing 58-60% tin. The flux is 30% ammonium chloride, 70% zinc chloride, and add 100-150%
mixed solution (for cast iron parts) for welding. The bond between the solder and the parts must be firmly combined, and the protruding parts must be
smoothed to achieve the specified finish.
5. It is best for operators to inspect and maintain it regularly. In order to prevent the explosion-proof surface of the explosion-proof motor from rusting,
engine oil or 204-1 replacement rust oil should be applied to the explosion-proof surface.
