QW submersible sewage pump features
The QW submersible sewage pump has a compact structure, small size, easy movement and installation. There is no need to build a pump room and it can work when submerged in water, which greatly reduces the project cost. QW submersible sewage pumps have various structures and installation methods, simplifying the pumping station and saving investment. The motor is separated by an oil chamber, which has no clogging and significant energy saving. It is a new generation product of my country's pumps. QW submersible sewage pump product features:
1. The QW submersible sewage pump adopts a unique single or double blade impeller structure, greatly improving the ability of sewage to pass through. It can effectively pass through 5 times the diameter of the pump and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
2. The mechanical seal adopts a new type of hard and corrosion-resistant titanium tungsten material, which can ensure the safe and continuous operation of the pump for more than 8000 hours.
The QW submersible sewage pump has a compact overall structure, small volume, low noise, significant energy-saving effect, easy maintenance, no need to build a pump room, and can work underwater, greatly reducing project costs.
4. The pump is equipped with a high-precision anti-interference water leakage detection sensor in the sealed oil chamber, and a thermal sensor is embedded in the stator winding to automatically protect the water pump motor.
5. A fully automatic control cabinet can be equipped according to user needs to automatically protect the pump from water leakage, leakage overload, and overheating, improving the safety and reliability of the product
6. The float switch can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the required liquid level changes, without the need for special supervision, making it extremely convenient to use. The QW (WQ) series can be equipped with a dual rail automatic coupling installation system according to user needs, which brings greater convenience to installation and maintenance, and people do not have to enter the sewage pit for this.
8. It can be used within the full head without overloading the motor.
There are two different installation methods, fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation system.
QW submersible sewage pump uses and scope of application:
QW submersible sewage pumps are suitable for the discharge of severely polluted wastewater from factories and businesses, sewage discharge stations in residential areas, urban sewage treatment plant drainage systems, civil air defense system drainage stations, water condensation devices in water plants, sewage discharge in hospitals and hotels, and municipal engineering buildings. It is used in industries such as construction sites, exploration, mining supporting machines, rural biogas pools, farmland irrigation and other industries to convey granular sewage and dirt. It can also be used for clean water and corrosive media.
Conditions for use of QW submersible sewage pump
1. The medium temperature of QW submersible sewage pump does not exceed 60℃, and the medium weight is 1~1.3kg/dm3.
2. For pumps without internal gravity circulation cooling system, the motor part shall not expose more than 1/2 of the liquid level.
3. The cast iron material of QW submersible sewage pump has a usage range of PH5~9.
4. 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel material can be used in various corrosive media.

1. How to use and precautions for QW submersible sewage pump
1. Before using the QW submersible sewage pump, you should carefully check whether the cable is damaged, whether the fasteners are loose or fallen off, and whether the pump is deformed or damaged during transportation, storage, and installation.
2. Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the same and the opposite ground of the electric pump motor. The value should not be less than 2 megohms. Otherwise, the motor stator winding should be dried. The temperature of the drying process is not allowed to exceed 120°C.
3. This series of pumps can be installed in two types: fixed type and mobile type. When using fixed automatic installation, the chain cables should be inserted into two lifting eye screws or lifting plates (deviated from the pump outlet, and the connection should be parallel to the pump outlet) to lift the electric pump up and down. Slide down the rail evenly and slowly until the automatic coupling is in place. When using mobile installation, first cover the hose and use the chain rope to pass through the two lifting rings to lift the electric pump up and down. Be careful not to use the cable as a rope to avoid danger.
4. The rotation direction of the QW submersible sewage pump after it is connected is counterclockwise when viewed from the water inlet. If the electric pump is reversed, just swap any two wires in the cable to the wiring position.
5. The ground wire of the electric pump's casing must be connected strictly in accordance with relevant regulations. In order to ensure personal safety during use, it is strictly prohibited to install, operate or move the electric pump nearby when the electric pump is running, in case the electric pump leaks electricity. And an accident occurred.
6. The electric pump must be equipped with a fully automatic water pump control cabinet unless there are special circumstances. Do not directly connect it to the power grid or use a knife switch to connect the power supply to ensure the normal operation of the electric pump.
7. The electric pump must not be operated in a low-lift state for a long time (generally, the operating lift shall not be less than 60% of the rated lift). It is best to control the operating lift within the recommended range to prevent the electric pump from burning out the motor due to overloading.
8. Pumps without self-circulating cooling devices are strictly prohibited from being exposed to the water for long-term operation to prevent overheating and damage to the electric pump.
2. QW submersible sewage pump maintenance
1. The electric pump should be managed and used by dedicated personnel, and the insulation resistance between the electric pump winding and the casing should be checked regularly to see if it is normal.
2. After each use, especially for thicker and more viscous slurries, the electric pump should be put into clean water and run for a few minutes to prevent sediment from leaving in the pump and ensure that the electric pump

3. If the electric pump is not used for a long time, the electric pump should be taken out of the water and should not be soaked in water for a long time to reduce the chance of the motor stator winding getting damp and increase the service life of the electric pump. ^
4. Under normal conditions, the engine oil in the oil chamber (No. 10-?30 engine oil) should be added or replaced after every 300-500 hours of use of the pump to keep the mechanical seal well lubricated.

5. After the electric pump is disassembled and repaired, the casing components must be inspected by a 0.2MPa air tightness test to ensure that the motor seal is reliable.
6. The sealing ring between the impeller and the pump body has a sealing function. If the seal is damaged, it will directly affect the performance of the pump and should be replaced if necessary.
